Step 1: Connect Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 to PC using OEM Cable.

adb devices

adb reboot bootloader

fastboot –I 0x1bbb oem unlock

fastboot reboot

This command reboot Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 into normal mode.

Step 1: Download the Rooting Package from here.

Step 2: Connect Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 to PC with USB Debugging enabled.
