Step 3: Now select 'Factory data reset' and then enable 'Erase Internal Storage' option.

Factory Hard Reset OnePlus 5 from Recovery
Step 1: Power off OnePlus 5.
Step 2: Boot into Recovery Mode, by pressing and holding the Volume Down and Power buttons together simultaneously.
Step 3: Once the device boots into Recovery Mode, Select language and then 'Wipe data and cache' > 'Factory reset' and tap 'Yes'.
Step 4: Once done, tap on 'Reboot system' to reboot the device.
