Google has released the Android 5.1 Lollipop Factory Images for Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 devices. As of now the Android 5.1 Lollipop Factory Images are available for these three Nexus devices only, but the remaining devices might get it soon. The update is available in the form of Factory Image but it is still not available via OTA, but it might be rolled out soon. Step 1: Download and extract the Android 5.1 Lollipop Factory Image on PC.
Step 2: Copy all the files to the Fastboot Folder.
Step 3: Power off Nexus 10 and connect to PC.
Step 4: Boot Nexus 10 into Fastboot / Bootloader Mode, by pressing and holding Volume Down + Power button simultaneously until you see Fastboot Mode.
Step 5: Now depending upon which OS your PC is running on follow the below steps:
Windows: Run “flash-all.bat”
Mac: Run “flash-all.sh” using terminal
Linux: Run “flash-all.sh”
Step 6: Wait for the installation procedure to complete. Once done reboot your device, if it doesn’t automatically.
