Step 1: Download the firmware package and Odin flash tool from below links:
Step 2: Run Odin on PC as administrator.
Step 3: Power off Galaxy A5 and boot into Download Mode by pressing and holding Volume Down, Home and Power buttons simultaneously until you see warning message. Now press Volume Up to confirm boot into Download Mode.
