Few days back Samsung has launched Galaxy J2 (2016) and Galaxy J Max in its J-series line-up. Now the Korean manufacturer has quietly launched Galaxy J1 Ace Neo in South Africa, which is the successor of last year’s Galaxy J1 Ace which was priced Rs. 6,500. The device is listed on the Samsung’s official website without mentioning its price and availability.
Coming to the specifications, Galaxy J1 Ace Neo features a 4.3 Inch WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) Super AMOLED display. It is powered by a 1GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC8830 processor combined with 1GB RAM and 8GB Internal storage which can be further expandable via MicroSD card slot.
In terms of camera, the device sports 5MP rear camera snapper with LED flash, f/22 aperture, HD (1280×720) video recording, plus an 2MP front selfie camera.
Galaxy J1 Ace Neo is backed by a 1900mAh battery with a Ultra Power Saving Mode. Connectivity options include 4GLTE, Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0. It measures 130.1×67.6×9.5mm in dimensions and weighs 131 grams.

Before the Galaxy J1 Ace Neo, Samsung has launched Galaxy J2 (2016) and Galaxy J Max. Both the smart phones priced at Rs. 9,720 and Rs. 13,400. Galaxy J1 Ace Neo comes in Blue, Black and White Color options and the device is listed on Samsung’s South African website while the pricing information is not yet mentioned.
