This method can be used by both rooted and non-rooted users. If you have rooted Galaxy S6 then it will unroot your device and remove all the traces of root from the system.   1. Download and install Terminal Emulator on your Galaxy S6 / Galaxy S6 Edge from Play Store.
  2. Once installed open it from app drawer.
  3. Provide root access to the terminal by typing su command. Now a popup should come up asking whether or not to grant root access to terminal, just gran it.
  4. Once you have got root access to the terminal, type the following commands.
mount -o rw,remount /system /system
mkdir /system/su.d
chmod 0700 /system/su.d
echo "#!/tmp-mksh/tmp-mksh" > /system/su.d/000000deepsleep
echo "echo 'temporary none' > /sys/class/scsi_disk/0:0:0:1/cache_type" >>
/system/su.d/000000deepsleep
chmod 0700 /system/su.d/000000deepsleep
  1. Reboot your device once you are done with all the above commands.
